The Abundant Life Resources A More Excellent Way, LLC (TALRAMEW) Is a business that is dedicated to the well-being of youth, family, community and the workplace. Headquartered in Prince Georges County, MD, TABLRAMEW was founded in by Dr Lonise P. Bias, consultant and nationally known lecturer.

The focus of TALRAMEW is youth, family, and community. We believe that youth, families, and our communities are reachable, teachable, lovable, and saveable. Dr. Bias's belief is that we must change our approach to adapting to their needs. The perplexity of life challenges affects how one relates to others in the home, school, community, and workplace.

At TALRAMEW we strive to give youth, family, communities and the workplace hope, inspiration, encouragement to better manage the challenges of daily existence. We specialize in motivational presentations designed for middle school, high school, and college students to help them navigate the challenges of daily living and making good healthy decisions.

It is especially difficult for those providing services for the general population, e.g., educators, parents, law enforcement, health care providers, leaders - both of faith and community, local and state government. We offer the tools to help motivate, give insight that will help strengthen all. Dr. Bias' work is humanitarian in substance and educational in its implementation. For almost two decades, she has traveled extensively through out the United State and abroad sharing messages of hope to a variety of audiences including military, universities, government agencies.

Her programs bring palliative relief to the soul and spirit of those who hear her speak and attend the workshops and seminars that she sponsors and/or participate in. She offers inspiration and motivation, as well as practical methods for supporting, encouraging, and rearing our youth and families. Her work is a balm for the troubled, the lost, the weary, and those who have simply lost their focus. Dr. Lonise P. Bias is a dynamic and effective speaker. Her ability to affect and audience is undeniable and she believes that in a time when there seems to be "little hope" there is "HOPE"

After nearly two decades of work, Dr. Bias has broadened the boarders of her business to include a team of experienced speakers trainers, facilitators, consultants and event planners who share her vision, passion, and commitment for youth family community and the work place.
